1. Services Offered

Each project’s specific scope, deliverables, and terms will be outlined in a project proposal or agreement.

2. Project Engagement

  • A formal proposal and/or contract will be issued before any work begins.
  • Work will only commence after written approval (email or signed document) and advance payment (if applicable).
  • Any additional requirements beyond the agreed scope may be subject to extra charges.

3. Payments

  • Payment schedules are detailed in the project proposal or invoice.
  • All payments must be made via bank transfer, cash, or other agreed methods.
  • Late payments may result in suspension of service delivery or project delays.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.
  • If a project is canceled by the client after work has started, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to that point.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, the client owns the final deliverables (websites, software, apps) unless otherwise stated.
  • SM DIGITAL TECH SOLUTIONS retains the right to showcase the project in its portfolio unless a confidentiality agreement is signed.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete information required for the project.
  • Respond promptly to requests for feedback, approvals, and project-related communications.
  • Ensure that all content provided (logos, images, documents) is either owned by them or authorized for use.

7. Confidentiality

  • We respect client confidentiality and will not share project details with third parties without consent.
  • Any non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) will be honored fully.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • SM DIGITAL TECH SOLUTIONS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services.
  • We are not responsible for any external factors (server issues, third-party software errors, etc.) affecting project performance after delivery.

9. Service Delivery

  • Deliverables are provided electronically (via email, cloud storage, or direct deployment).
  • Delivery timelines will be discussed at the project start and agreed upon mutually.

10. Changes to Terms

SM DIGITAL TECH SOLUTIONS reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be communicated to clients and posted on our website (if applicable).

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
