Refund and returns
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following situations:
- If the service has not yet started after payment.
- If there is mutual agreement between the client and SM DIGITAL TECH SOLUTIONS to terminate the project early.
- If the project delivery is significantly delayed beyond agreed timelines due to our internal issues (not due to client delays or changes).
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:
- If the work or service has already been partially or fully delivered as per the original agreement.
- If the delay or dissatisfaction is caused by the client’s changes, lack of communication, or incomplete requirements.
- For digital marketing, SEO, or advertising services, since results are subject to various external factors beyond our direct control.
- Once any custom software development, mobile app development, or website project reaches a major delivery stage (e.g., after design approval or first working module delivery).
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund:
- Email us at sbitsolutions9195@gmail.com within 7 days of payment or project start.
- Provide a clear explanation of the reason for your refund request.
- Our management team will review the case and inform you of the decision within 10 business days.
4. Refund Method
- Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used during the transaction.
- It may take 7–14 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
5. Project Cancellation
If you wish to cancel a project:
- You must provide written notice.
- Any work already completed will be billed accordingly, and the balance (if any) may be refunded based on the project’s progress.
